Join me for a 2 week journey of seasonal nourishment. During the Cleanse you will eat local, seasonal whole foods while eliminating processed, allergenic, and inflammatory foods. Enjoy healthy fats to enhance satiety and balance blood sugar. Incorporate seasonal herbs - fresh and dried/teas - to support immune health and vitality.
All sugars, caffeine, and alcohol are omitted. Eat seasonal, whole foods for the 2 weeks. Nothing processed. Nothing refined. Following the 2 weeks participants choose what/if they want to re-introduce. The re-introduciton phase empowers one to know - on a body level - which foods nourish and which foods stress your system. The face-to-face group meetings are enriching & fun! We eat together, share recipes and insights. We are a community with the shared aspiration to become better stewards of our whole being. The group support, inspiration and camaraderie are a key component of the Cleanse.

Items on the elimination list are allergenic, inflammatory and/or spike blood sugar levels which wreak havoc on the whole system. We aim to regulate blood sugar levels to improve overall well being and, specifically, to enhance adrenal health.
