The Currents of Being & Dreaming

As the holidays evaporate and the new calendar year dawns, it’s natural to feel inspired to prioritize your well-being. To organize the bones of your life. To sweetly refocus on your self-care. To vision newly what you want your days and nights to feel like. To pause and reflect on what you wish to leave behind and what you aspire to actualize.

Even though the light is slowly growing, we’re still in the holy season of darkness. We’re designed to be tucked under weighted blankets woven of reflection, rest and dreaming. Sitting by the fire, staring out windows into fallow fields, envisioning what we want to grow, flower and fruit in the fields of our living.

Now we must rest and nourish ourselves in order to restore our energy. Spring is moving towards us - day by day - and when the Equinox arrives in late March, our roots are deeply nourished and we are ready to rise, roll up our sleeves and get to work.

For those of you who aspire to enhance your self-care and reconnect with the wisdom of Nature’s cycles, I have a beautiful invitation for you, Renewal: The Winter Session.  Making and sustaining changes is much easier with guidance, support and a heartfelt community to learn and grow with.

Most of us know what brings harmony to our being and what perpetuates dis-harmony. Yet there is often a space between knowing what serves and putting it into practice.

The space between knowing and doing calls for compassion. When we berate ourselves for not doing what we know serves us, we engender more inflammation in body & mind. Yet when we can meet ourselves with compassion we can move forward. In small, imperfect steps. Little by little.

Registration for Renewal: The Winter Session opens January 1st, 2024. Course runs January 11th - February 8th, 2024. Weekly meetings are held on Tuesdays, 7-8:30pm ET via zoom.

Enjoy the remaining days of this calendar year and allow the currents of being and dreaming to carry you into the returning light.
