The Journey of 28 Days

  • Phase I: Preparing the Cocoon

    Week 1

    Phase I involves getting organized, planning, weaning, and reflecting. Compassionately let go of the ways of eating, being and relating that no longer serve you.

  • Phase II: The Cocoon

    Weeks 2 & 3

    Phase II is the time of listening inwards, calibrating with your being’s deeper wisdom and opening yourself up to receive messages from the living world and/or dream time. It is a time for receptivity and prayer.

  • Phase III: Integration

    Week 4

    Phase III is the reintegration phase where you consciously choose which life-giving practices, foods and ways of being that you want to carry forward into the stream of your living.
