I am a writer, teacher and gatherer who believes in the power of ritual, the magic of darkness & the poetry of every sentient soul. I am also a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Nourish Your Life Coach and creative director of Full Moon.

It is my chosen work and great delight to guide people into deeper relationship (remembrance) with the sacred medicine of slowing down, the life-giving cycles of Nature and the innate wisdom of their body.
