Saturday, September 19th
2-4pm
Martha Rogers & Dr. Eziaku Ogbanna
As the natural world turns toward the quiet power of autumn, join us to honor the seasons of our inner lives. Sacred Seasons is a women-only circle for peri‑menopausal and menopausal women — and for those who are curious or wish to support this passage. This restorative, spirited gathering invites you to reclaim the wild power of menopause and to honor the transition as a cocoon of transformation.
What to expect:
Guided meditation to help us reconnect with the sacred terrain of body and the present moment.
Space for personal reflection and sharing of experiences from the season you are in.
A ritual herbal crafting session: we will grind dried flowers - rose, lavender & calendula - infuse them with our prayers to create a blessed bath salt to take home.
A comforting cup of herbal tea and its seasonal benefits.

Altar Making: An Evening of Art, Ritual & Ancestral Connection
Join us for a soulful two-hour creative workshop under the full moon to create personal altars—sacred spaces that honor our ancestors, loved ones, intentions and connection with spirit.
An altar is a dedicated space created with meaningful objects that serve as a focal point for reflection, remembrance, prayer, meditation, gratitude and/or spiritual practice. It is not tied to any one tradition; rather, it is a deeply personal expression of what we hold sacred. An altar is a space that we can return to communicate with beloveds who have died, mark life's transitions, set intentions, or simply offer a quiet place to listen to one’s heart.
During this workshop, you'll be guided in creating a unique altar that reflects your personal story and spirit. Please bring meaningful items to include, such as a photograph or keepsake, special trinkets, a small poem, a handwritten note, or anything that carries personal significance.
Art materials and additional embellishments will be provided.
Together, we'll reflect, create and honor the wisdom of those who came before us while embracing the supportive energy of the moon. No artistic experience is necessary—only an open heart and a willingness to explore through creativity and intention.
Come as you are, and leave with a beautiful altar and a meaningful practice you can continue at home.
