Renewal: The Autumn Session 2025

Monday, October 20th - November 17th

Welcome dear one, I’m delighted that you are here. I encourage you to enter the dates and phases of the course in your calendar. Designate time for meal planning, shopping, cooking, wandering & resting. This will help you stay focused, committed and grounded. I also encourage you to design space in your days for being; as autumn is a yin season. And the yin seasons invite us to slow down, tune-in and draw our energy inwards.

Phase I: Preparing the Cocoon (Days 1-7) Phase I involves getting organized, planning, weaning and reflecting. Bid farewell to ways of eating, being and relating that do not serve you. Begin to wean from all foods on the elimination list.

Phase II & III: The Cocoon (Days 8 - 21) In a traditional vision quest, this phase is the time when you are alone in nature without physical comfort, artificial protection or food. This phase is the work - the transformative space - between the old ways of being and the new way of connecting with self and the living world. Design space for quietude and listening inwards.

Phase IV: Integration (Days 22- 28 )This final phase is the integration phase. As you emerge from the cocoon, you are poised to re- enter life with greater clarity, deeper connection to the wisdom of your being and a cup full of healing practices to support the continued unfoldment of your spirit.
