Full Moon Policies

I am incredibly fortunate that my practice is currently full, and am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of your village of well-being. 

With the practice being full, I'd like to remind everyone of my 24-hour cancellation policy. Because I maintain a waitlist, providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when you need to change an appointment allows another patient the opportunity to fill that spot.

Scheduling & Cancellations:

When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule.

  • I maintain a waiting list of clients hoping to receive care as soon as possible. When appointments are canceled with adequate notice, I can offer that time slot to someone who needs treatment. Late cancellations and no-shows, however, prevent me from offering the spot to others and thereby impact the sustainability of my practice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be required to make the full payment, this applies to insurance and out of pocket patients.   

  • Insurance patients, please know that I am unable to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider when you miss a  scheduled appointment.  Thus, you will be responsible for your entire allowed amount. 

  • No-shows will also incur the full fee.

I understand that emergencies happen, and do my best to work with you in these situations.

Health & Safety:

Additionally, for the health and safety of our community, I ask that you be mindful of your well-being. If you're feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to sick friends and/or family members, you will be expected to wear a mask during your visit.

Rate Increase:

Effective March 1st, 2026 follow up appointments will be $115. (from $110.) And  the 3 Treatment Package will be $325. (from $310.) also effective March 1st, 2026. 

Referrals:

While my practice is full for insurance patients, I do have a few slots for new out of pocket patients over the next month. If you have a friend who'd like to begin treatment, please have them contact me here. I love referrals from existing patients:)

Shop Dog:

Yes, there are days that Betsy is here in the shop with me. She loves humans a great deal but is still learning to ‘play nice’ with other dogs. If you are allergic or would feel more comfortable that she not be on the premises for your appointment, please let me know.
