The exuberance of spring is exciting, yet the quick pace of spring energy coupled with the seasonal winds can leave you feeling ungrounded, frustrated and/or overwhelmed. The energy that we safeguarded in winter begins to move up and out in the spring. We must move our bodies slowly and softly, with intention, in order to cultivate harmony in body and mind.
In this 1 hour class, we will pause to honor the spring equinox, remember our innate connection with the living world and learn/remember how to deeply nourish oneself in the season of rebirth.
