We share food and tea as a means of becoming present, inhabiting our senses, offering gratitude and receiving nourishment. As you enjoy the sustenance, you'll learn about the energetic nature of the 5 flavors and the healing properties of the ingredients.
Gathering I: November 6th
Roasted root vegetable soup with sprouted, toasted walnuts. Forbidden black rice in coconut milk with toasted black sesame seeds. Root tea with local honey (optional). Dried fruits for dessert.
