Royal amethyst is a trade name for amethyst points from the state of Bahia in eastern Brazil. They are also sold as dragon’s teeth, after their distinctive shape. Direct contact with other crystals produced large points, tapered bottoms, and imprinted groves along the sides. While the tips are typically polished, the body is unpolished.

Amethyst is a beautiful, gentle stone for spiritual activation. It is associated with the crown chakra. Amethyst nurtures creative expression by supporting the liver and heart, reminding one of their royal nature. The ‘happy calm’ of stones.
