Calendula

Calendula is like a ray of sunshine for our body and soul. This vibrant flower grows all year long, showering us with light even in the darker months. It is an incredible anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-spasmodic, and immune tonic. Calendula helps heal the body by promoting cellular repair. This is a great herb for gastrointestinal discomfort, cramps, weak digestion, and bloating.
