As a nervine, lemon balm helps to cool everything down and bring peace to your internal world. It is an anti-spasmodic, blood tonic, and slight diuretic. This fragrant plant is also a powerful friend for calling in abundance. It can be made into a tea or used in cleaning, for reseting a space.
