Intro to Nahualism: An immersive study into Mexhica Lucid Dream Healing
Date: Friday May 9th 6 pm - 8 pm

Everytime I am in conversation with someone about their lucid dream experiences they always say how they wish they could return to that state or summon that experience willingly.
There is a way to not only recall dreams and improve dream memory but to enable lucidity upon (respectful) command through many simple techniques. We will integrate techniques to improve this but we will also explore an even older method of dream healing.
Beyond simple awareness in that very real realm there is an ancient technique called Nahualism formed by the early Mexhica peoples. This intricate system focuses on transforming into an animal in our maya or dream space and using this world as a way to heal in our physical waking reality.
In this 2 hour immersive we will cover the foundation of Nahualism; it history, its usage, and its meld with the modern world so we can utilize this tool respectfully and humbly to further ourselves into our healing journey.
Attendees will:
discover the traditional art of Nahualism
learn various techniques to practice at home
discover ways to learn about themselves
begin to understand the connection between alchemy, waking & dream lucidity and Nahualism
