Monthly Healing Circle

Thursday, May 23rd, from 6:30 - 8 pm

Join us for our Monthly Healing Circle. This beautiful in-person offering, will be lead by Martha Rogers and Tina Soulikas Hall.

Our evening will entail quiet sitting, yin inspired stretching, deep relaxation with essential oils, acupuncture, grounding energy work and sharing. There will be a delightful herbal tea for us to sip, as well.

This will be a grounding, soothing and restorative circle in heartfelt community.
